The design elevates the street presence whilst creating privacy. It establishes a modern extension to the rear of the property, carefully considering aspect to capture desired views and backyard setting. The design maintains a small footprint whilst establishing a cost effective solution for a lower ground floor plan allowing the client to increase internal floor area as well as outdoor spaces for larger gatherings.
