A tightly planned renovation and extension to a modern home in Brookwater to add a bedroom and entertainment wing, outdoor room, and renovated pool area to the rear of the site for larger group gatherings and events. This addition enables the client to accommodate family and friends separately to the main dwelling, with the communal outdoor room and pool between to create privacy, and for both primary occupants and guests to enjoy. The design observes the unique bushland setting, capturing views throughout the plan.
